3 States

When I'm reading, my brain and my being are alive and experiencing but my body most often seems like a shell if I happen to notice it, like a robot who's body is shut down but its processor is still running.

When I am outside, usually playing with Miles or gardening or dancing, my body and brain are both alive and in working order.

When I'm doing something in the house, like cleaning, I'm somewhere in between those states and in that in-between state I find it difficult to be a lot of times.
